10/01/04 We received a water alarm in basement utility room. MHM proceeded to site and found presence of water behind the clothes washer. Brad fixed leak behind washer and tested it.
12/01/04 We made the quarterly site vist. For details please see emailed report All windows and doors locked and intact. We cleaned up a few flies on floors.
01/08/05 We received a temperature alarm in main level bathroom. Outside temperature is 10 below zero. We proceeded to the site and found your last visitor had turned most of the electric baseboard heaters off and temperatures in the house are below 40 degrees F. We turned the bathroom electric baseboard heat onto low and opened cabinets to facilitate air exchange to water pipes under sinks..
01/09/05 The temperature in house is above 40 degrees F.
01/28/05 Outside temperature is 20 degrees F below zero. All sensors inside your home are above 40 degrees F.
02/01/05 We received a power outage alert from your home. 2 hours later power was restored.
